Chris Castle advises clients on matters of public policy in the digital world, and is a vigorous advocate for strong copyright protection and enforcement. 

We are involved with the negotiation of issues relating to the content industries in Washington and abroad.  Chris speaks and writes frequently on international digital industry issues.  In 2007, Chris interviewed U.S. Register of Copyrights Marybeth Peters at "An Evening With Marybeth Peters" at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library during SXSW and was a panelist at the Progress & Freedom Foundation's Aspen Summit as well as the Global Music Forum in Toronto.  

Chris has participated in international conferences on intellectual property, testified on DRM issues before the All Parties Internet Group of the UK Parliament, and was a panelist at the Progress & Freedom Foundation's Congressional seminar on the PERFORM Act at the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC.
